Oversees the overall program management for both capital and minor projects within an identified portfolio. Establishes standards, coaches and mentors team members, and effectively evaluates direct reports.Ensures all projects within the portfolio are proactively managed.Serves as the project official on design and construction programs. Assure the preparation of complex statements of work by the portfolio management team. Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and standards to assure conformance with design criteria and compatibility with existing features.
