I am a registered psychologist and researcher with a focus on delivering affirmative care, assessment and intervention services for neurodivergent adolescents and young adults. I believe in championing lived experience led supports for those with mental-ill health and psychosocial disability with a particular lean toward nature-based, community integrative methodologies. My therapeutic practice heavily revolves around the strengths-based therapies ACT, DBT, and schema, as well as the trauma-focused therapy EMDR. I thoroughly enjoy supervising others, leading empowered and joyful teams, in addition to dispassionate, robust clinical trial design and implementation.
