- Perform production line process lay-out and manpower arrangement- Managed production line processing waste disposal- Supervise line leaders to assure accountability and stewardship of production resources(Operational, Financial and human) in compliance with the division goals and objectives and target- Responsible for production line and machine set-up- Initiates and implement countermeasure of abnormal problems in line- Conduct daily and weekly review, updates production scheduling in congruence with shipment quantity and balance of delivery.- Read and analyze charts, work instruction, production schedules and other records to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimate and outputs.- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.- Revises production schedule and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems- Solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
