Was part of a team that was asked to review the setup and integration of SAP to PowerPlant to recommend improvements and changes to facilitate a more optimized configuration and more rapid monthly financial close process.Maximo SMR – Lead implementation of a CMMS project at a leading natural gas transmission company. This was a large project covering over 12,000 miles of pipelines in 8 states. This project also included the integration of an RCM maintenance optimization programWhile at IBM was the principal consultant for Wind Energy, developed a Wind energy maintenance solution utilizing Maximo, OSI Soft, Smart Signal to create a fully integrated solution. Added the Weather prediction and optimizationParticipated in standing up IBM’s Nuclear Advisory Counsel based in LaGaude France, with participants from Shaw, Westinghouse, Areva, GE, and EDF.

Project manager and work management lead – For a major Midwestern utility, led the business process and technical solutions and software consulting team. Also led the mixed team of more than 70 utility consultants and contractors delivering Maximo, SAP, ESRI and Mobility. Led a major utility with gas and electric and generation (nuclear and fossil) in the development of as-is and to-be processes, with Maximo being the targeted EAM application. Managed common business process mapping from a company’s business units to Maximo. Created and executed test cases and created work management training materials for 142 interfaces and 12,000 end users.

Lead implementation of a Maximo 4.1.1 project for a major Chemical Company with plants in 6 states, Canada, and Mexico. Lead business process As-Is and To-Be analysis workshops. Performed detailed GAP analysis then performed solution analysis to resolve the gaps. Upgraded the Maximo version and applied delivered patches. Mapped data from legacy systems to Maximo tables. Created a custom Workflow and Integration to the Financial System. Successfully finished the project on-time and under budget. The Mexican site was deliverd in spanish and the Canadian site was english and french.
