Started retail barbeque equipment business selling a wide selection of premium barbeque grills, tools, rubs, sauces and accessories. Grew the business to $400,000 in annual sales while creating a customer base of 4,000 repeat customers. Responsible for all aspects of retail business from product selection, purchasing, sales, marketing, accounting etc.

Managed three repair and refurbishment plants. Built a $4 million wheel facility, managed up to 125 employees and had P&L responsibility for facilities exceeding $10 million in annual sales.
