• Led 500+ employees operating and defending Department of Defense (DOD) information networks for the entire Pacific theater of operations.• Planned, coordinated and directed the implementation of an Enterprise Operation Center to oversee the operation and defense of DOD information networks in the Pacific and to tie their operations into the global operations and defense efforts.• Designed and implemented a regional sub-command consisting of 20+ direct reports to support U.S. Pacific command offensive, defensive and network cyber operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.• Oversaw an annual operating budget of over $54 million supporting personnel and operations in 19 separate facilities located in two states, one U.S. territory and three foreign countries.

• Led 30 employees in the management and integration of requirements, budgetary and acquisition processes for cyber, communications, space, terrestrial and enterprise services for all Department of Defense entities• Prepared, staffed and briefed 25% of overall Joint force requirements validated by the Joint Requirements Oversight Council during this period.• Created and led a high powered staff of senior military and civilians which identified and acquired offensive and defensive cyber tools and personnel needed by the Department of Defense as well as the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
