    I manage technical support and day to day operations for approximately 270 systems on 3 UCF Regional Campuses. We work closely with UCF Regional Campuses Administration Office for policies, procedures, and standards applicable to IT. Currently I am a member of UCF Departmental Security Coordinators Groups responsible for reporting possible issues with UCF technology security perimeter. My team consists of 7 full/part time computer specialists working on wide range of projects. When appropriate I consult with various departments, faculty, staff, and administration for all technology matters. When required I diagnose network connectivity issues and work with external organizations to facilitate return of service. At normal intervals I create maintenance schedules for all systems to include patching, service or security. I also oversee Symantec Ghost load creation for workstations installed in the Central region updates, phase replacement of equipment, and maintain Central Region Servers including: Windows Server 2003 R2 File Server, Windows Server 2008 Pay 4 Print Server, Windows Server Update Services 3.0, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol Server; also known as DHCP Server, Microsoft ForeFront Virus and Malware Protection. As needed I create logins for Active Directory, and Import all student users for wireless access via LDAP. Assess current and future technology needs of students, faculty, and staff. We Maintain Software License Agreements and Volume Software Licensing for the Central Region. See that my staff manages the Central Region’s section of the Regional Campus Active Directory Domain. I am the College of Business Testing Lab Manager for Central Region Video Stream Testing. Assist in maintaining Netsupport Remote Monitoring Software and Lockdown Browser testing clients utilized to securely test students. When necessary I design and test configurations of Crestron Processors and Touchpanels for installation of MultiMedia Classrooms.
