I am a highly experienced site leader having worked for over 30 years in manufacturing at all levels, in both FMCG and Nuclear Fuel industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skills, energy, experience and most importantly, success. These industries have allowed me to experience many manufacturing processes including, dry powder production, liquids, chemical processes, precision engineering, heavy engineering, radiological, frozen foods, ambient/PH controlled manufacturing, meat processing including butchery, vegetable processing, baking (biscuits & cakes) and canning. With a background in Site Leadership, Lean manufacturing and certified as a Six Sigma Black belt, I have, over the past 20 years, been actively involved in managing, leading and facilitating continuous improvement, culture change, performance turnaround, strategy deployment and business transformation programs.
