Design assistance given incorporating layout, load scheme, features and functionality to insure that Caterpillar is well positioned within the specifications. Project sizes influenced ranging from single unit 25kW to very complex multiple unit 60MW power plants.

Primary duties entailed day-to-day management of corporate headquarters in North America including all departments from accounts receivable/payable to service, spare parts and sales. Broad scope of responsibility included P&L accountability, market planning, business development, sales forecasting, marketing, pricing and training for all sales channels in United States, Canada and Caribbean. Responsibilities also included overseeing the implementation of the new manufacturing department for assembling generating sets at the North America headquarters.
