As President of Ipswich Hockey Association, I manage daily operations for a 1200-member volunteer organisation. I chair monthly Management and Executive Committee meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and compliance with governing body standards. I oversee policy updates, recruit and manage the Association employees, and coordinate volunteer-led programs. Additionally, I oversee the application and management grant funding, continuously improving our programs and facilities through regular KPI reviews. My leadership focuses on growth, development, and delivering a high-quality hockey experience.
