As of August 2020:I am currently learning how to code via Codecademy, I'm learning HTML, CSS, and Github. I have plans to learn SQL as well.I have a strong customer service background that stems from 8 years of working with Barnes & Noble. I worked in one of the stores for 4 years as a Newsstand Lead. The role of a lead was essentially a supervisor position. I had my department to maintain and a small team of people that I worked with to get projects done. I would also act as the "go-to person" when a manager wasn't available, taking care of customer issues and queries to ensure a satisfactory experience. My list of duties was ever-changing and ever-growing which called for a certain level of adaptability, which I always handled to the best of my abilities.I also have experience working in an office environment. For the last 4 years I working at the Head Office for Barnes & Noble, where I was a Database Analyst. The position was mostly data entry and data editing using a proprietary in-house software called ProductMaster. My team worked with publishers to ensure that the information we would set up was correct and accurate. I have been a musician for 14 years, my main instrument is guitar but I can play a little bit of bass and synthesizers. I have experience performing live, recording albums, basic instrument maintenance, and knowledge of venues. My music knowledge is fairly extensive and I've played in a number of bands. I have 2 published works and a Soundcloud account that is home to ideas and original material.More recently I have become a Twitch Affiliate with a seemingly steady growing follower base. I stream every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 7:30pm ET over at twitch.tv/antariansage.
