I would describe myself as a motivated, hard working individual. If I am set a task my aim is to get it done to the best of my ability as well as being efficient. I am very outgoing and willing to help out the team where I can. What motivates me is seeing results. If I do a job well and can see that I’ve made an impact I feel the sense of accomplishment and I thrive off of that.At my previous job I was asked by the general manager on multiple occasions to create videos and posts for the social media of Jump In Trampoline Arenas. I’d make sure I'd plan the idea and set out to get the task done to my very best capability in the set time given to me. Due to my hobby (scooter riding at the skatepark to a professional level) I work a lot on social media. I create very high standard posters and videos to promote my sponsors' products and create ways to engage with their customers. I ran a christmas marketing campaign which grew our engagement highly by doing 12 days of giveaways. I made all of the posters and had them all set up ready to be posted at the same time every day. The rules for the customers to enter was to: like, tag 3 friends, share and repost. We were able to generate a lot more followers and a lot of attention was on the brand. We had a high amount of submissions. I also helped with my sponsor’s other brand’s account on instagram and was able to post daily for a year. Each upload would have an engaging caption bringing attention to the page and due to consistency I took them from 88,000 followers to 101,000 which was a huge achievement for me.
