> Having a experience of 70,000 TPA alumina Try hydrate plant.> Planning and execution of unit process & operations and other activities in safe and efficient manner as per operation manager's instructions.> Handling continuous operation through DCS (Honeywell plantcruise by Experion) with proper start up and shut down procedure of plant. > Handle process like low pressure gibbsite Dissolution reaction, Pre Desilication reaction, Lime reaction, causticizer reaction and operations such as Grinding, Digestion, Sedimentation, Filtration, and Precipitation, Drying, Utilities and Evaporation (Six effect falling film evaporation with steam ejector system).> Having a experience of jaw crusher, roller crusher, ball mill with it's oil system, cooling tower, banana screen, Shell & tube and Plate type heat exchanger, flash distillation, Settler & washer, Polishing filter, Red mud filter, Rotary drum Disc filter, Pan filter, Blowers, Compressor, Turbo spin flash dryer and various type industrial pump.> Maintaining Quality Product, 5S, and following MSDS. > Co-ordinating with Maintenance department (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument) with respective work permits (with LOTO system) and Quality department for process samples and corrective action. > Handling manpower in shift and field operation jobs, following safety rules during handling material and also instructing operator to follow safety, Maintaining all process equipment in safe conditions also maintaining process flow of the plant.
