Mistry Swire architects is a Manchester based practice established in March 2021 that designs contemporary buildings and interiors.

Production of detailed tender documentation for the first phase of Leeds South Bank, a £60m residential development across two blocks ranging from 6 to 11 storeys, for a social housing provider. This involved the technical design development of a range of facade types used on the scheme, which included brick, ceramic and aluminium cladding.

Experience across the residential, extra-care, education, heritage and public sectors, taking the role of project architect on all schemes.Residential experience ranged from bespoke, for-sale private housing and apartment developments (up to £9m project value), to involvement in larger scale city-centre apartment schemes for the rental sector.Developed expertise in specialist care provision for adults with complex needs, through the design and delivery of housing across five sites in Warwickshire, with projects ranging in up to £3m in value.Obtained planning consent and involved with the initial detail design phase for a new £10m school and nursery for children with Special Educational Needs on a green belt site in Bolton.Completed an options appraisal and feasibility study for the Grade II* listed Wellington Rooms in Liverpool, involving consultation with various stakeholders and the public, culminating in a detailed report to form part of a Stage 1 HLF application.Reached final shortlist and interviews for an open RIBA competition for the redevelopment of Prescot Market Place, within a team of three architects at OMI.
