Educated in Civil Engineering Technologies, Aviation Electronics (Avionics) and Information Management. Extensive experience in Information Management Systems and the supervision of business systems and document management in the nuclear and energy industries. Worked with Ontario Hydro – Pickering and Darlington Nuclear Generating Stations, in business, planning and control systems, contract negotiations, and the management of training and resource centre facilities. Worked As a Planning Engineer with Kilborn Engineering (Mining Engineers). Elected into two four-year terms as a Society of Scientists and Energy Professionals Unit Director and was part of the tripartite team responsible for negotiating two contracts with Ontario Power Generation (OPG).
