I have approximately 18 years experience in the South African skills development arena and a further 7 years experience in training and development within a mining company.I have also been a chemical laboratory analyst for 5 years.I have more than 20 years experience as a manager, I have lead the development of organisational strategy and implemented business strategy, developed and implemented internal control environments,I have lead skills development projects worth more than R 500m in a financial year. I enjoyed all aspects of the work that I did in the past.In this digital era we find ourselves in, I am embracing it passionately.Leadership and lifelong learning is what I aspire to.I am also a very nurturing leader. I rejoice in the growth and development of younger people in my team.I am very much a team player, builder and leader.My intention is play a bigger role in coaching and mentoring young individuals.
