Responsible for helping customers define their needs in purchasing decisions and have been acknowledged by customers as well as internal staff for in-depth knowledge of the products and a high level of customer service satisfaction. Generated monthly sales of over $295,000.00 and over $2.5 million in sales revenue for the 1998 fiscal year.

Responsible for the full lifecycle implementation of the Systems Atlanta Purchasing Department, which included providing high volume customer service to sales representatives as well as outside clients, new business development including new and existing vendors including credit limits, pricing structure, monthly purchasing volume and discount freight agreements. Supervised 12+ direct report employees by overseeing and controlling daily operation goals. Supervised Warehouse, Order Entry, Returns Department and Technical Support. Oversaw all daily functions of operating a company from daily operations, sales issues for outside sales representatives, order entry, order status, customer service and Point of Sales Reports.

Supervised 16 direct report employees by ensuring their daily operational goals were accomplished and met on a timely and efficient basis. Oversaw Warehouse Configuration Center, Expeditors and four (4) Vehicle Fleet Drivers. Also responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including contract preparation for clients, weekly/monthly generated reports, verifying monthly commission reports, processing and approving all incoming invoices and expense reports that ran through the Operations Department.
