Project Portfolio:6 West Broadway, Boston, MA 02127. "Cambria Hotel South Boston" (March 2018-October 2019) -Managed the MEP package, interior framing/drywall and all finishes in the new Cambria Hotel in South Boston, which opened in the Fall of 2019. The 14 story new building features 159 guest rooms, a rooftop bar, a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, a fitness/amenity room and a premier event space. Seaport Hotel Flood Mitigation Improvements. 1 Seaport Lane, Boston. (June 2019-November 2019) -Served as the Superintendent on this occupied exterior renovation which added provisions for removable flood barrier to be installed at the Seaport Hotel. The scope of the project included masonry and concrete demo, new structural concrete, waterproofing and reconstruction of the openings affected. Colby College Athletic Complex. Waterville, ME. (December 2019-August 2020) -Worked on the new 350,000 SF athletic complex for Colby College, which opened on schedule to the campus for the Fall 2020 semester. The facility includes a state of the art Olympic sized swimming pool, a basketball arena, an ice hockey rink, an indoor field house, custom squash courts and various locker rooms and training spaces. I managed the installation of the millwork, squash court, tile flooring, resilient finishes and wood flooring packages. Mercy Fore River Hospital MOB Renovation. Portland, ME. (September 2020-Present). - Worked as the superintendent on an occupied gut renovation of 3 suites in the Mercy MOB at their Fore River Campus. The new space will accommodate their outpatient imaging and cardiology divisions.

Blacksburg, Va

Worked part-time at the Beliveau Estate and Winery outside Blacksburg, VA while a student at Virginia Tech. I worked with the winery manager and owner mainly on construction, landscape and maintenance work around the property. I was a full-time employee during the summer of 2016, and worked on building 2 new structures for the Estate. One of which was a new wine making building of 1000+ sf in size, and the other was the base for a new storage area and outdoor patio/bar. The scope of my work included light wood framing, masonry, concrete pouring, formwork construction, underground plumbing/electrical installation, fence installation, demolition work, concrete chipping/grinding, interior electrical rough-ins, fiber cement siding installation and HVAC installation.

Alexandria, Va

Worked on-site on the St. James Plaza multifamily development in Alexandria, VA with Harkins Builders during the summer of 2017. The project was upwards of $20 Million in value, and consisted of a 7 story podium-style building (2 stories of concrete below 5 stories of wood framing) with 93 affordable housing units as well as an attached public daycare and playground. I worked alongside project engineers and superintendents to monitor, plan and control both the building and the site. My primary duties included conducting quality control inspections, site fire safety inspections, updating daily logs, tracking drawing changes/updates, controlling the disposal of on-site trash, reviewing shop drawings/submittals, as well as helping in the efforts to find and address any issues which arose during the course of construction.
