• Controlled, reported, and analyzed finances for operations of embellished products totaling $65 million in annual embellishment costs.• Performed cost analysis on copacker quotes versus in house spend to determine the additional cost of using copacker based on $10 MM annual in subcontractor invoices.• Engaged with supply team and built tool to identify and resolve $X MM incorrect work orders to resolve $X MM in Bill of Materials Variance and improve accuracy and speed of work order processes. • Created an onboarding guide for the direction of the role and responsibilities of a financial analyst for custom manufacturing, including month end close processes and best practices.
