Participates on national working groups, including analyzing the costs of security in buildings. Led a team which revised the coding and tracking of security costs attributed to the Public Buildings Service.

Assisted the Regional CFO with analysis related to multiple regional financial metrics. Performed analysis on regional profitably of federal and leased assets, worked with the Department of Homeland Security to correct errors in their security bills to GSA, and developed and implemented a regional time-carding system, allowing senior management to analyze labor costs related to various regional programs.

Worked on all issues related to the security of GSA's Federally owned and leased building portfolio. Experience includes working with regional counterparts with architectural design reviews related to physical security, performing risk assessments on facilities, assisting with the development of the risk assessment tool RAMPART, policy writing, evaluating proposed congressional legislation, and preparing senior leadership for congressional testimony by participating on murder boards.

Participated in a two year rotational program and served in seven different offices throughout GSA. While in these offices, worked to develop the GSA/Department of Homeland Security Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) and assisted with the development of 2009 GSA Continuity of Operations plan. Reviewed and developed recommendations for improving the Linking Budget to Performance program and gave a presentation to senior leadership on new ideas for the program. Met with the Interagency Security Committee and presented ideas for revising building security policies. Led a team formed by the PBS Commissioner to correct, consolidate, and evaluate all business line budgets for FY09. Met with congressional staff to solve constituent issues related to GSA.
