During my internship at IMPRI, two of my articles on government schemes were successfully published, showcasing my research and policy analysis skills. The first article explored the transformative impact of the PM SHRI Yojana on India's education infrastructure, while the second focused on the critical role of the PM Gareeb Kalyan Anna Yojana in ensuring food security during challenging times. Both publications reflect a deep understanding of government policies and their implications for social development.

During my internship at Saath Charitable Trust on their CSR project with HDFC Bank, named HDB CAFE. This project focused on providing financial literacy to women, low-income groups, and small to medium enterprises. Conducted workshops in various slum areas, helping participants improve their financial awareness and access to banking services. Played a key role in fostering economic empowerment within underserved communities.Additionally, conducted comprehensive impact assessments in these slum areas to evaluate the effectiveness of the financial literacy programs and identify further areas of support. Played a pivotal role in driving financial inclusion and enhancing livelihood opportunities for those in need.

Contributed to the Skill Development Project under the CSR initiatives of Pidilite Industries Ltd., focusing on empowering underprivileged communities through essential vocational training. The role involved identifying key areas for skill enhancement, coordinating with local trainers, and facilitating workshops aimed at increasing employment opportunities for participants. This project helped drive sustainable development by promoting self-reliance and entrepreneurship among rural and marginalized groups.

During my volunteering period at the Pidilite Industries PWP Centre for Advanced Skill Centre affiliated with KSU. I was working on resource mobilization, organizing social campaigns and events, and facilitating collaboration with various NGOs. The centre offers free skill development courses in woodworking and plumbing as part of their CSR initiatives.

During my internship period I worked on their CSR project, conducted impact assessments and participated in social campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of the environment and sanitation in rural areas. Also got a chance to learn about sustainable development.

I worked as an intern in Kunariya village, where India's first Balika Panchayat was established. During my time there, I learned about Gram Panchayat, and working at the ground level really helped me gain knowledge about rural India.

I was the leader of the National Service Scheme (NSS) at my college for three years. In that time, my team and I organized two camps in villages. We helped the communities with important services and worked on making things better. Leading these activities taught me how to be a good leader, improved my organization skills, and made me care more about helping others. This experience has influenced how I work and collaborate in my professional life.
