368,000-Square-foot warehouse on 28 acres with a 32,000-square-foot, two-story office buildout that features 6,900 square feet of dispatch (trucker / operations) space, a 10,200 square foot freezer / cooler and warehouse infrastructure upgrades. As the spec warehouse was under construction it was selected to serve as a new local headquarters for an international distribution company.New addition to an existing 75,580-square-foot industrial building, upgraded to increase electrical service and extend electrical feeders for new printing equipment in the existing operational printing facility. The scope included installing six rooftop units, a reverse osmosis humidification system and relocating existing electrical infrastructure and low-voltage systems, replace the warehouse lighting with LED fixtures and incorporate a new 35-foot cold-formed metal framing (CFMF) demising wall. The project required significant coordination to complete the work while allowing the facility to remain fully operational.

Logistics Center Building 1 and 2Completed the site and shell construction for two warehouses. The project includes the construction of a 273,000 s.f. speculative warehouse on 22 acres, and a 572,000 s.f. facility on 37 acres with office space. Both buildings are structural steel and tilt-wall structures with ESFR sprinkler systems and mechanically attached TPO membrane roofs.

The entire site is 110 acres with 180 dock doors and parking for 630 cars.

Five new elevators and an addition to the existing mechanical penthouse which includes six new air handling units.
