Implement daily operations that support long term business goals that align with the strategies developed to achieve those goals. Drive the organizational vision, operational strategy, and resource support of Qualis.

Ensure all administrative functions of Qualis work effectively and efficiently to the benefit of clients, vendors, and employees. Develop and implement strategies across the spectrum of services to improve overall operational efficiencies, increase profit margins, improve marketing / sales results, identify alternate income streams, and strengthen Qualis' technology capabilities. Provide leadership and oversight of vendor relationships, contracting, credentialing, and instituting continuous quality improvement measures.

My responsibilities include the development, implementation, and modification as necessary to the product development plan based on a solid understanding of competitors' market positions, opportunities, and business/customer needs. To do so, I coordinate with cross-departmental key contributors to design and execute a detailed project plan.I collaborate with finance and underwriting to demonstrate ROI and building of business cases for product development and capital needs. Additionally, I consider product cost to assist with member and provider pricing models to ensure the best possible experience for both parties. I must ensure all parties understand the consumer experience for product, including ability to drive and influence value creation. I drive the implementation and go-to-market strategy for new products or solutions. This includes working with internal and external business partners to determine future direction or respond to product inquiries. I also ensure that implementation and post-implementation activities are inclusive of on-going management and maintenance of product. This includes the active collection and contribution of new ideas and identifying of opportunities to improve penetration in existing channels and/or new channels.

My responsibilities include the oversight of the Network Management, Credentialing, Contract entry teams, ensuring provider access for our members and compliance with all State, Federal, and Client Standards. I am also the liaison for State Professional Associations/Societies (Optometry/Ophthalmology). I work closely with their Third Party Chairs in introducing OptiCare to their members and presenting our benefits and policies to them during their annual conferences. I am the subject matter expert when it comes to our negotiations with provider offices including national retail chains, hospital based groups, IPAs, and individual offices. I possess expertise in customer service, provider relations, network development, contract negotiations, credentialing, training, public presentations, and compliance.
