CurrentStrategy Execution purpose is to drive the effective monitoring and tracking of Enterprise Strategy initiatives that are clearly defined, measurable and deliver tangible business outcomes. This is to ensure that initiatives align with the business strategy and deliver through collaboration, stakeholder consultation and engagement management for effective decision making. To deliver on the objective, the requirement is to establish, plan, maintain and report on the Global Strategy projects including project milestones, risks & issue and mitigation plans, interdependencies, health checks, and financials for effective decision making by the senior leadership team.As a Program Manager, I led a cross functional team to validate, provide insights and report on the Enterprise strategy to the senior leadership team.- Designed and delivered a digital solution for monitoring and tracking of the Strategic Initiatives against the Enterprise strategy, including interfacing into the Tableau dashboard to ensure timely and effective SLT decision making. - Engaged and developed working relationships with Strategic initiatives leads and key stakeholders across Telstra Enterprise to ensure effective collaboration and communication.- Developed business requirements, designed and delivered a digital solution for scorecard management. The objective was to provide organisation level view of scorecard performance with a centralised view of activity and performance across the Enterprise.- Assessed an external supplier scorecard solution and identified a minimum viable product (MVP) to trial in Telstra.- Provided Financials and Budget management on key initiatives.- Designed and facilitated Strategy Execution planning and identification of key initiatives for Fy18. - Conducted a Post Implementation Review on strategic initiative tool to identify lessons learnt and highlight areas for improvement for strategy execution.
