My start-up background provided me the knowledge and experience to do great things with great people and small resources.I seem to find ways to be on the leading edge either in technology application, techniques and processes, or simply working on the next interesting area.My background has not provided the "one great thing", but more practical development of tools to solve real problems.Specialties: Sharepoint application, development, and evangilism; Project Server in some very interesting ways, software development agile techniques, testing and predicting release readiness, turn-around, establishing development teams and related engineering practices / processes.
