Small Business Owner
CurrentWhen I decided to open an organization I did so with people in mind first. As I grew in my career I have found that what I enjoy is not the work as much as the people. As a service provider we are not in the repair business we are in the people business. As years went by and the trades suffered many changes that effected our industry in a negative way, lessoning staff as the desire for new young tradesmen was disappearing. The industry soon forced to over work the staff that we had, and the loss of staff and high volume demand caused very honest great organizations to find themselves soon making promises they could not keep, then covid came along and mutiplied this to a level none of us thought we would see. What I have found service and repair work is a personal relationship, often budget conversations, and or these situations often happen under an "emergency" and the decision makers need a "shoulder to lean on" and or advise to help get them to the goal they have in site that at the time seams so far away. My goal in opening our organization is to teach a people first culture that will allow all who are involved to have peace of mind we are in this life together.
