• Selection and setting of criterion for electrical maintenance strategies on SAS based on good practices, specifications and standards.
• Application of in-depth knowledge in integration of electrical network/s and equipment to meet automation requirements.
• Spear heading the implementation of new ideas and work methods in the SAS field.
• Risk analysis in electrical automation networks and mitigation through engineering, system upgrades and or re-design.

• Compiling and executing strategies for improving processes and operations
• Compiling and executing maintenance and replacement strategies for electrical infrastructure, including backup systems
• Providing technical support to progress and process sections, applying good engineering principles
• Managing, executing and implementing EM, ad-hoc and capital projects
• Integrating relevant engineering disciplines in project and operations tasks
• Training and mentoring technicians and engineers

• Leading and managing projects in electrical, control automation and instrumentation fields
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary project functions
• Building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with project teams, customers and applicable stakeholders
