Genevac USA Subject Matter Specialist.Offering a better customer experience to our US customers by providing both Technical and Applications support while helping the US Sales team to keep up to date with product changes and advancements

Currently responsible for Direct sales of the Genevac product line in the Eastern United States.Genevac MiVac, EZ2, Rocket and HT series systems.Also responsible for providing management, technical Support and training to our channel partners selling the Genevac product line in the US. I have almost 20 years of experience in the evaporation industry and have had numerous roles including Field Service Engineer , Distribution Manager, Direct Sales Manager and Sales Trainer for new Sales Reps. I pride myself on selling the correct system to the customer by listening to their needs. I am a firm believer that listening is the greatest skill a Sales Rep can have and it is often under utilized.

Responsible for the sales of all product lines in the SP Life Science group. Providing exceptional service and technical support to our customers for our products including centrifugal evaporators, bench top, pilot scale and production freeze dryers as well as stability chambers in the New England, NY, NJ, and PA areas. Selling to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Academic and the Food and Fragrance Industries. Recently achieved yearlong sales quota in 9 months.I appreciate the opportunity to help my customers solve their instrumentation issues with the correct system for their application.

Responsible for helping to drive Genevac sales in the US by offering training to the direct Sales team as well as offering exceptional technical assistance to our customers and channel partners. I also covered open Sales Territories to prevent any lost opportunities. Utilizing my contacts in the Academic, Biotech and Pharmaceutical Research Industries I had the opportunity to constantly meet with researchers and help them improve their concentration or drying processes.

Responsible for direct Sales of Genevac High Throughput Systems in the Eastern United States and Canada. I was also responsible for channel partner support of various Genevac Products in the New England, NJ and PA Regions. I performed training seminars for channel partners as well as presentations for customer groups.

Responsible for direct sales of Genevac systems in New England, NY and Eastern Canada. Continuously increased territory sales numbers via complete customer care and willingness to do what it takes in a stagnant market. Repeat customers and their references were critical while prospecting for new customers and applications. Exceeded sales quotas 8 of 10 years and was the leading Sales Rep for 9 of 10 years.

Responsible for Genevac Field Service in the Northeast Region. Covered New England, New York and Eastern Canada. Performed routine and emergency service for customers in the Academic, Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Field Service Engineer in the Northeast Region servicing Cardiac Cath Labs, EKG Equipment and Treadmills. Customers included hospital cardiac catheter labs, doctors offices and health clubs in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
