Core Roles & Responsibilities:- Mobilization of New Contract from Governance perspective - Managing Business Reporting and Governance function for 9 contracts in Run phase along with 21 team members Activities for the contracts in Mobilization:- Understand the Contractual requirement and liaise with Accenture and Client leadership- Deploy BRG products – Governance administration, Performance Management, Incident & Problem management, Change Management and URM (Client satisfaction survey).- Getting Sign-off from Accenture leadership and final from Client team Activities for the contracts in Run phase:- Front ending contractual requirements with clients to understand their day-day requirements- Quality checking, preparing and presenting the monthly performance dashboard through Governance forum to the Clients and internal Stakeholders.- Preparing and ensuring the Executive Dashboard to stakeholders are delivered accurately and on timely manner.- Analyze various reports related to Contractual SLA’s, KPIs and Volume trending on weekly, monthly & annually basis.- Dealing in internal / external audits, reviewing the internal controls and ensuring compliance from client requirement stand point.- Ensuring timely availability of service management reports for periodical review with necessary explanations to Client as per their requirement. - Conducting URM (Client Satisfaction Survey) on requirement basis.- Required to identify areas of process improvements and ensure they are followed up and implemented successfully.

Roles & Responsibilities in Genpact: - Applying Cash through Wire Transfer, Lockbox (LCR), & Direct Debit. - Carry out various activities of Cash applications for Global Clients - Performing the front ending with customers in understanding their requirements to resolve back log and unresolved cash. - Preparing Various MIS Reports weekly and monthly for Global Clients. - Coordinating with Quality team in GENPACT, suggesting them Lean ideas to save the processing time.

Roles & Responsibilities in Raj Ceramics: - Handling all works related Excise Tax, Income Tax & Sales Tax. - Handling Payrolls, EPF & ESIC accounts. - Maintaining Bank accounts like C/C, EPC, and Bad Debts account etc. - Dealing all Sales Tax work like amendment of Registration, collecting CST form, Permits etc. - And also doing a part of Procurement as purchasing mechanical items, stationary items, etc required by the company at best quality and at best price.
