Jay Old has practiced across the state in a variety of roles as lead counsel, coordinating counsel and local counsel in just about every type of civil litigation imaginable. He has walked the halls of the Texas legislature consulting on important legislative issues, serving as a resource witness and strategizing on drafting of key legislation. He has.

While running for United States Congress, I also managed a docket of over 500 cases arising out of Hurricane Ike and worked for a variety of clients. My focus included civil litigation, such as construction defect, insurance coverage, "bad faith" litigation, windstorm litigation, healthcare liability, product defect, and a variety of other matters.
