• Led a team of nine in establishing, building, deploying, maintaining, and inventorying packages of support materials that were critical in keeping helicopter squadrons ready to meet flight requirements.
• Served as the primary liaison for all partnered companies requiring logistical support and oversaw the coordination of 15 remote suites valued over $10M
• Managed a branch of nine employees leading up to a bi-annual inspection, bringing the overall grade from 60% to 96% in one year and resulting in the success of 14 programs
