Over his 20-year career with Encore, he has developed a unique ability to find and deliver complex projects that utilize the best of Encore’s core talent and resources.Packard built his reputation for excellence from the ground up, advancing from early estimator and field engineer roles to become senior preconstruction manager through demonstrated leadership. His knack for working with people shows in the results he has achieved on the Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital, Longmont United Hospital CUP & Emergency Department, Ralph L. Carr Judicial Complex, Denver Justice Center Courthouse, NCAR Wyoming Supercomputer Data Center, University of Colorado at Boulder Center for Community and the GSA Invasive Species Research Building.
