Responsible for the Airwick and dCon product lines- Supply chain strategy, new product implementation, cost reduction, strategic alliances etc.- Managed project managers, technicians, engineers and scientists. Prepared internal and external teams achieving success in timely product launches while maintaining all budget constraints. Selected to join an elite team recognized as the future management of the company which included specially designed advanced management training.- Developed and launched an electro mechanical consumer device with estimated initial year revenue in excess of $57 million. Responsible for worldwide supplier selection and project ramp up, including quality and performance. Directed the design of a product which resulted in a cost of goods of 75% less then the competition, creating very favorable profit margins.- Designed and launched the Airwick® Lumin Air® product line with an accelerated ramp up strategy allowing for early shipment and resulting in increased product distribution and first year sales of $29MM.

- Successfully organized and managed the operational and financial turn-around of a UK supplier of company, preventing supplier from bankruptcy and saving the Reckitt Benckiser $500,000 in total costs. Reduced scrap in excess of 30%, increased production (with no incremental capital equipment purchases) in excess of 20%, and reduced the labor force by 30%. Reorganized the management structure for more efficiency and effectiveness, trained operational personnel, negotiated better supplier terms and implemented quality controls. Also responsible for creating, implementing and administering a positive cash flow budget. - Prevented delisting of Airwick® iMotion® consumer device saving a $38MM program by engineering and executing a new package design allowing excellent shelf awareness in all customers including Wal-Mart and Target. - Reduce cost of goods by 45% on Airwick® Candles allowing the US to gain distribution in key accounts totaling over $54MM of projected gross sales.

- Created and Managed the Program Management department growing it to five direct reports and 10 indirect reports. Directed the timely and on budget ramp-up and launch of all digital and analog product lines of disposable hearing aids. - Managed all global supplier partnerships. Directed the implementation and start-up of production, line transfers from Japan to China and California to Cebu; due diligence analysis, contract negotiations and capital expenditures.- Diversified knowledge of mechanical and electrical packaging in the design and development stages, efficiently creating a more robust, manufacturable product geared for high speed production.
