Responsible for specific development of wellhead and tree standard for all Chevron business units. Support management of change process for wellhead and tree standard • Continually pursuing operational efficiency improvements through the use of standardization and fit for purpose technology. Personally, responsible for avg 3-5M savings per year CAPEX and further reduction through OPEX. • Continually pursuing improvements in performance and technology to drive operational efficiency. Examples in collaboration with several large vendors include testable BPV/TWC, new latch mechanisms in several sizes and pressure ratings, new frac valve technology, and wellhead and tree configurations. • Design and maintain pressure and material classification optimization tool to allow for increased standardization of pressure and trim throughout several business units. • Provide technical support for the selection and review of wellhead and tree systems. This ranges from proposal review and negation through detail design review of design, metallurgy and/or manufacturing. -
