• President of an organization of 400+ high school students. Hosted 30+ events, 10+ faculty lectures, and 3+ national outreach initiatives. • Developed a Random Forest model using Gene Ontology to classify Autism-linked genes with ~85% accuracy. • Webscraped online genetic data from AmiGO 2 to create a comprehensive database of ASD etiology to train and test the model.• Utilized GOnet and Scikit-learn feature importance to map out and identify 6 novel ASD-linked genes, which are now used in clinical practice to diagnose ASD. • Created an interactive webpage showcasing results and presented research at LEARNMEM 2023 conference.

• 1 of 20 under-18 interns selected to intern at the CHOC Medical Intelligence and Innovation Institute (Mi3)• Brainstormed solutions to current-day healthcare problems through innovation challenges about racial bias in healthcare, the limitations of robotic surgery, and the ethics of nanotechnology. • Worked with cutting-edge medical technologies like AI for diagnostic imaging and wearable medical devices.• Gained insights into healthcare logistics and operations through direct engagement with CHOC's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.
