Servicing & overhouling of jacking system.

Responsible for service and production section. ✓ Gathering of job related information, thorough analysis and rely on experience/judgement to determine the most effective method of resolution. ✓ Create, review and update technical documentation for jacking gear and API product. ✓ Provide support to regulatory and quality control to define and assist in implementation of product upgrade, enhancement and service procedure. ✓ Identify specialized tools/fixture/equipment require to carry out repairing and servicing of jacking gear parts & API products. ✓ Over all responsible for assembly & pproduction pplanning for gearbox &gear parts. ✓ Perform in-process inspection including NDT (MPI, LPT) for gear parts under repair/manufacturing. ✓ Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems and process. Resolve immediate issue and implement change to prevent occurrence in future. ✓ Compile detailed reports on all the work done each projects & reverse engineering for receive parts with coordinate with team. ✓ Responsible for testing of jacking gear parts and API products. ✓ Provide onsite technical support/services and when required. On site Assignment to be done as below: ✓ Survey of all jacking system project and API product (i.e. choke and kill manifold, cementing manifold, drilling spool with connected parts and different type of valves. Make a survey reports & send to marketing for quotation. ✓ Servicing of all components jacking parts & API products at onsite work ✓ I completed offshore servicing project at drilling rigs. (India, Malaysia, Qatar, Nigeria, & Dubai). - Jacking gear -08 project offshore rigs. - Choke and kill manifold, cement manifold-07 project offshore rigs.

Overall handling and planning of assembly and service of industrial gearbox and rotating equipments.

Assembly & Quality control : ✓ Detail study of drawing for assembly of Helical & planetary gearbox. ✓ Co-ordinate with planning department, store for material shortages. ✓ To check the bill of material, Arrangement Drawing, Dimension sheet & Assembly component for assembly purpose. ✓ To short out the assembly issue with help of Q.C dept., Design Dept.& planning. ✓ To record the process parameters of gearbox. • Shrinking process as per GSW standard (temperature, make distance-piece, etc.) • Sub assembly of gearbox as per our arrangement drawing. • TO record of all assembly components. • • To take torque in case joint fitting as per our standard. ✓ To prepare the monthly rework & rejection report for component. ✓ To Monitor assembly work load & distribute the same. ✓ To monitor testing of gearbox in Q.C. dept. ✓ To guide instruct the assembly people for critical assembly of Helical & planetary gearbox. ✓ To look after gear assembly and assembly related problems. ✓ Re-engineering of the customer product & repair client gearbox. ✓ To make internal & external force lubrication system in gear box. ✓ To look after force lubrication system related problems & solution of that problems. Production Planning: ✓ To study and verify scope of work & supply as per the sale order. ✓ Macro as well as micro level planning for materials on weekly basis for meeting baseline targets such as resources, time lines and costs. ✓ To prepare Monthly production schedule & ensuring smooth functioning of the project. ✓ Accurately track and, activity, documentation, time tracking (i.e. weekly submission, detailed accounting of activities, follow-up documentation etc.) ✓ Develop and manage entire project to include: project plan, scope management, resource (i.e. internal, external 3 rd party resources) management, time management (activities and task planning), communications, and risk management project delivery. operation of see the welding process.
