As the Managing Director of Esemplast Avinya Machinery, a leading manufacturer of plastic injection moulding machines and ancillaries, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the company. I joined the company in July 2023, after successfully leading the acquisition process of Esemplast, a family-owned business.I am also the Director of Prima Automation and Prima Transformers, two sister companies that specialize in control panel, cabinets/enclosures, and low voltage transformers manufacturing. With over 10 years of experience in the automation industry, I have developed strong skills in sales & marketing, product development, manufacturing engineering and negotiation. I have also contributed to multiple projects that have enhanced the efficiency, quality, and safety of our products and services. My goal is to leverage my expertise and network to expand our market share, customer base, and innovation capabilities.
