• Use of MAM Autopart to release orders for selection, check stock levels and amend pick locations as necessary.• Produce various reports in MAM Autopart for various functions to assess Sales, deallocations and stock levels.• Delegate between the customer service team and sales team to meet any specific customer requirements.• Hold a team briefing at the beginning of the shift to address any issues and assign tasks to members of the team.• Manage the workflow and meet specific customer deadlines throughout the day and ensure shipments are completed punctually.• Use MAM Autopart to produce invoices and amend them when necessary.• Organize freight collection with various hauliers and ensure all paperwork necessary for transit has been completed correctly.• Problem Solving and aiding the team with any queries that they have with picking, packing and shipping and receiving.• Placing Staff orders in house and ensuring payment before goods are taken from the building.• Aiding the warehouse in any duties needed in peak times including: picking, packing, receiving goods, replenishment of stock levels and also loading and unloading of freight.
