Construction Superintendent• Hybrid position combining previous knowledge from both Acquisitions Field Superintendent and FieldSuperintendent positions to manage construction of both turns and newly acquired homes.• Provide training to Acquisition Field Superintendants regarding turn process.• Provide training to Field Superintendants regarding acquisition process.• Inspect occupied and vacant homes to create a scope of work to ensure home is up to code and FirstKey Homes standards.• Communicate with approved vendors to establish renovation start and completion timelines, update CRM with renovation schedule and notes.• Perform construction kickoff meetings to walk houses once purchased with GC to answer any questions or identify issues that may delay completion.• Submit utility request to provide continuing construction throughout duration of project.• Manage projects from beginning to end: forecast project completion, complete change orders, update progress notes, complete quality control process to ensure work is correct, ensuring zero maintenance items.

Tower Technician / Crew Lead for site builds. Experience installing all equipment associated with customer LTE upgrades. Responsible to compete closeout package, assist with Arnritsu and Pim gear sweeps.
