My focus is to be a grounded business consultant for my clients, relying on the many years of experience working on interesting and complex issues.For over 30 years I have collaborated with clients and colleagues providing tax consulting and compliance services with a focus on getting things done. My passion for innovation and efficiency is a hallmark of my service delivery for companies in the industries of hospitality, entertainment, health, retail, energy, real estate, and manufacturing. Determined to be technically skilled with a focus on the fine points, I served in PwC's Washington National Tax Services consulting practice early in my career. Since then, I have applied my strengths of solving problems and attracting and assembling talented teams to address the myriad of tax issues related to sophisticated business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and growing businesses. As an ethical and reliable tax specialist, I regularly lend my experience in financial reporting of income taxes for GAAP under ASC 740 to support assurance services and provide confidence to clients surrounding their income tax disclosures. I am experienced in developing and executing strategy with other technical resources to bring additional value to my clients, such as, accounting method reviews, cost segregation services, credits and incentives, international tax structuring, state and local tax consulting, valuation and assurance services.
