Senior design engineering consultant for AT&T large customer solutions. Developed and designed IP Telephony solutions for international customers across all aspects of Cisco voice solutions. • Worked with technical installation engineers to develop migration paths and determine feature and function configurations.• Performed technical discovery sessions to develop customer requirements. • Assisted sales team in providing preliminary customer information sessions, kick-off knowledge transfer sessions, as well as broad Cisco IPT training for features and functions. • Acted as single point of contact for customer and sales questions regarding all aspects of IPT solutions.

Design and support analyst developing enterprise class Cisco IPT systems. Assisted in the design and implementation of IPT systems for Telus customers. I worked with new, and existing customers with the design of new features, as well as the implementation of new phone systems. Assisted in the overall design of new systems, including features such as Mobility, single number reach, presence, Unified Communications Manager Business edition, Unity Connection, and other new features. I have been working with the Cisco UCM version 7.0 suite of applications including Presence, Mobility, and Meeting place elements. I have also been working on developing training documentation and presentations for new end-user training sessions for all new customers.

VoIP support engineer in charge of maintaining new multi-tenant, carrier class Cisco Hosted Unified Communications Systems with endpoints of +50,000. • Helped design and build multi-cluster, multi-tenant AVVID solutions centered around the Cisco PGW and HSI product suites and utilizing Cisco’s CUCM products like CallManager versions 4.x, 5.1, and as well 6.1. • Worked with internal software development teams in producing a bulk-provisioning tool to work with all Cisco systems within the HUCS platform.

Supported Cisco systems customers for all aspects of the networking cycle. Developed support strategies and troubleshooting methodologies in the VPN, network security, and AVVID voice over IP departments. I worked for one year on the VPN/security team, and transferred to the AVVID team after two months of Cisco sponsored training by application developers and lead support engineers at Cisco Head offices within R.T.P. North Carolina.• AVVID (2 years): Supported all aspects of Cisco Voice over IP products including the CallManager and Unity server systems, the 7900 series phones, Cisco Analog and digital gateway devices, as well as underlying network layers and systems. • VPN and Security (1 year): Supported all aspects of Cisco security systems including PIX, AAA and IOS firewalls, VPN and encrypted connectivity, authentication and accounting methods for perimeter security devices, as well as remote access technologies.
