About Jay Pecci

After playing 21 years of professional baseball, I joined an MLB organization and will be entering my 6th year in player development. I have served as complex coordinator, manager, and bench coach from rookie ball to AAA. I am naturally a players' coach, very capable of empathizing with each player. I am particularly well-versed in analytics, and I am very capable of using my people skills and experience to be persuasive for the betterment of a player's career.My dream is to be an MLB manager. There is also much passion for game planning, ML strategy, mental skills, and holistic player development. However, the goal is first and foremost to serve the players.
