Jay Perry has a diverse skill set of experience and academia that he brings to his position. A mixture of outside sales experience, technical knowledge, and carrying a position that involves the inner workings of the back office is rare. Currently specializing in employee benefits Execution, retirement platform management, budgeting, and forecasting. Jay loves to assist people with personal financial goals and management as well as leveraging these skills at the corporate level.Jay began his professional career with National Oilwell Varco (NOV), the global leader in oilfield equipment manufacturing and technology, where he advanced through product line management, account management and inside sales. He is seen as subject matter expert in Subsea and surface pressure control equipment. In 2017, he returned to his academic roots in finance and accounting with Engineered Air Balance Co., Inc. (EAB) where he currently serves as the Financial Manager. He has served as Secretary/Treasurer of the board of directors since 2019. A native Texan, Jay returned home to begin his career in the oilfield after receiving his BA in Finance and Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He completed his MBA from Texas A&M University in May of 2020. He shares a passion for supporting Non-Profits such as Autism Speaks and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) that have affected his family on a personal level. He tries to remain an active part of his local community through Engineered Air Balance Co., Inc. supporting local causes and businesses such as St. Anthony’s Bread Food Bank, Community Partners of Montgomery County (CPMC), Conroe ISD Police Department, and many more. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and likes to maintain a low profile. He is an avid sporting clays shooter, a terrible golfer, and plays with investments.
