Over my tenure, have had financial responsibility for over 20 holding companies, partnerships, and subsidiaries. Manage financial/accounting staff at SABA and oversee staff within subsidiaries. Coordinate all financial and administrative matters within domestic subsidiaries and international affiliates. Recently leading progressive IT outsourcing decisions for a domestic subsidiary. Significant Accomplishments include:> Govern the company's federal tax implications for business trade with foreign countries> Divestiture and acquisition of several businesses, leading due diligence, negotiation of dollars and preparing legal documents, i.e. trading services agreements, technology transfers, royalty agreements > Employed state tax savings strategies using management fee arrangements to utilize tax loss benefits> During a major business interruption, led the resurrection of the damaged property and inventory through proactive negotiations, detailed analysis, economic study, and legal action resulting in a significant reward for the business > Negotiation and review of all international sales contracts and letters of credit, ranging from €300K to $80MM.
