Leveragingexisting relationships with UMG A&R and establishing excellent relationships with UM UK front line labelsEMI, 0207 Def Jam Polydor, Capitol & Decca to promote Studio services.• Oversee the increase in diverse talent recording at Abbey Road, furthering the cultural wealth of AR.• Intuitive management of people with a flexible style and approach to leading and managing a varied team and set of clients.• On going development of marketing strategy to expand AR’s appeal to a new generation of artists.• Knowledge of when international artists are in town, Festivals, Events and industry networking.• Represent Abbey Road at Industry events, shows, festivals, and award ceremonies.

• Manage Studios bookings team, Engineers, Post produc0on & Marketing Dept.• Coordinate with finance dept to manage budgets and quarterly targets including the management of project budgets, expenditure, Income and studio assets.• Manage and oversee the growth and establishment of the studio/label working closely with the marketing team to ensure a compelling marketing strategy.• Engage enthusiastically with a broader programme of professional development (including mentoring & training) Relationship and business development with artists, artist managers and partners.• Work collaboratively to build and shape a consistent release and event schedule with the label team.• Oversee the technical team and site services to coordinate efficient studio bookings.• Develop existing talent, enabling long-term relationships with Starcity Studios & The Label.• Attend industry events and represent Starcity at fes0vals, conferences, conven0ons and award ceremonies.

• Management of Curators & A&R• Negotiating playlist placement with Labels, Managers & Independent Artists.• Increasing playlist streams and visibility.•Oversee the increase in diverse music and audience demographic within the black and ethnic minority communities.

• Implementing and planning artist live music campaigns• Coordinating UK tour schedules, social media promotion, press and marketing strategies.• Liaising with event planners, coordinators and independent venues. Booking performances, travel, expenses and band members. (This includes Rider negotiation)• Arranging studio sessions, Song writer & Producer collabora0ons for Mesi acts.• Overseeing branding and imagery of ar0st on tour in the UK and Europe.• Organising Radio & Television schedules.• Invoicing and payment collection.
