Client Liaison Coordinator
CurrentThe current full-time role of Customer Liaison Coordinator gave me an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them in connecting to internal service areas and aid in achieving their defined and funded goals. As much as I love this role, I am keen to move into something more “corporate” where I can take on a new challenge and perform tasks that enable me to take on more responsibility. Key skills/experiences I possess that translate well into a new role include:• Providing support and overviewing existing individual plans, while being the central person for all internal referrals and responses to changes from the NDIS. • Assist in the development, signing and implementation of service agreements and service plans. • Support the professional handling of customer feedback/complaints to ensure best practice service delivery is maintained. • Assess referrals for service areas to ensure funding eligibility and the ability of MSWA to provide the service.• Project manage our client’s support arrangements, including documenting processes and implementing a plan that determines the tasks and responsibilities of each party involved.• Responsive and timely communication with all parties involved. • Ongoing monitoring and nurturing of a team culture that focuses on customer service.
