CurrentProviding L2 Support to Polycom/Cisco video Conferencing Codec and AV Equipment’s, WebEx CMR accounts.· Health checkup and monitoring of VC infrastructure on daily basis.· Maintaining the Infrastructure database (Sharepoint).· TV Broadcast, Event & Town hall support for APAC region.Handling the Digital signage systems and ON-LAN for broadcast.· Basic Knowledge of WebEx/Skype for business.· Basic knowledge of CME & Cisco CUCM.Responsible for Townhall & Events to coordinate with requestor for the arrangements.Handling the request for getting the Intercall managed operator assistance audio dial-in details for Events. · As a part of VNOC, supporting bridge operations for Barclays consist of hybrid infrastructure like Tandberg, Cisco, Life-size and Polycom.· Providing ongoing technical support for the LIVE Video conference issues for the customers calling the Video Conferencing Service Desk.· Proactive checking and monitoring of executive calls, providing extended on-hand service.· Responsible for providing end to end VC support for the High profile VIP events.· Setting up VC calls with 3rd parties (offshore partners) and Barclays's international business areas.
