● BOMA 2015 Boma Building Operations Team of the Year Award.● Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the physical mechanical, electrical andarchitectural systems/equipment on site. Investigate and resolve complex problems related toHVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, fittings and equipment.● Managing a diverse team of individuals consisting of Electricians, Plumbers, Millwrights andPower Engineers.● Ensuring P3 contract obligations are met at all times with respect to the delivery of services.● Update operational procedures to maintain all mechanical, electrical and life safety systems’efficiency, to reflect changes in codes and regulations, and to ensure all regulatory testing isperformed and records are kept.● Prepare routine and special system operational reports for customers and management.● Provide input relating to employee performance and recommend career development.● Perform quality control inspections relating to the PPM program and Reactive Maintenance work.● Provide technical support for Minor Works, Projects and other similar works.● Provide input and support to the Facility Life Cycle plan and Capital Replacement Program..● Fulfil Health &Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company & HealthSafety Policy and Health Safety Management Plans.
