With relevant professional qualifications and ongoing specialist CPD, Jay has coached leaders and managed change since the 90’s (B&NES, BUPA, Diageo, KFH, NHS, PwC, SGC), studied with great leadership teachers, and enabled hundreds of employees in building values-driven organisations and leading change management. Now, Jay has the joy and privilege of joining colleagues in the Forestry Commission to support the work of rebuilding the nation's forests. (Jay's pastimes are PAWs (Planted Ancient Woodland) restoration, forest bathing and mindfulness in nature).
