I’ve always had a passion for cooking and dreamed of opening up my own restaurant one day. As I was growing up in my family’s pizza shop, my passion for food and cooking was forged and fueled. Although I took a different path with a career in finance, I knew one day I would be back in the restaurant industry.2020 was going to be the year for me. Finally ready to take the plunge, I quit my job at Bank of America to pursue my dream of owning my own restaurant. As we all know, the world quickly shut down a few months later and I was forced to put my dream on hold yet again. As the pandemic went on, I saw restaurant after restaurant shut their doors permanently. With firsthand experience of the highs and lows of owning a restaurant, I was more determined than ever to create an opportunity for everyone, including myself, to feel supported in opening a restaurant in this new world.I’m excited and proud to share the launch of ChefSuite, a full-service ghost kitchen that leases suites to local restaurants to expand their delivery business without the expense of building a new restaurant.Our team has spent the last year developing a space where chef tenants can feel supported as they pursue their dreams with less risk.
